While at Tengbom Eriksson Architects, I participated right from the start in the preparation of tenders and contracts for I was (and still am) keen on learning project management.

Later, in the management group, I also participated did resourcing, sales, budgeting, reporting (internal and eg. for TEKES, EC)  and even short term (3 to 6 month) financial forecasting.

During my last year there I executed and led a major update of the company ERP/PSA system. Since I knew the system well, I partially deputized our financial manager and took care of billing for a few months in 2015.
